Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the following notes before purchasing tickets.

・When purchasing, you will be required to fill in personal information such as "Name," "Contact Information," and "Address" at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if an infected person or a suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, a separate fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor's seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch the game from the visitor's seats, please purchase them from Kashima Antlers Tickets.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you are purchasing tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please allow ample time to arrive.

*1. When using wheelchair accessible seats
・If a wheelchair user uses the designated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be a "wheelchair accessible seat." One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the designated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair accessible seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket through Kashima Antlers Tickets and then make a parking reservation in advance.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair accessible parking (D parking) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select a wheelchair accessible seat and purchase it for 0 yen.

*2. Regarding the sale of B parking tickets
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashima Antlers Tickets and come to B parking. At the entrance of B parking, scan your purchased ticket on the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・B parking cannot be used without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, it cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase it from Kashima Antlers Tickets on the day of the match.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (if choosing Supporter's Seat Home, it will be the elementary/middle/high school price).
*For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Kashima Antlers Tickets (J.League Ticket)
