Nagoya Match (April 17th): Announcement of "NIPPON STEEL presents Match Day Festival powered by LIGUA"

We are pleased to announce that the "NIPPON STEEL presents Match Day Festival powered by LIGUA" will be held at Bokusen no Sato Sports Park before the 2022 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchday 9 against Nagoya Grampus on Sunday, April 17th.

On the day of the event, participants will form teams and enjoy "mini-game friendly matches"! Let's all have fun playing soccer before watching the Nagoya match!

Additionally, a special home game event called "DEAR LADIES" will be held during the Nagoya match, with various events planned. Please also enjoy the free distribution of "original hair ties" to the first 10,000 visitors and photo spots!

【Date and Time】
Sunday, April 17th
・9:00 AM - Gathering and registration starts
・10:00 AM - Event starts
・11:30 AM - Event ends and dismissal (scheduled)

【Venue】
Bokusen no Sato Sports Park (55-1 Jinengo, Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture)

【Participation Fee】
Free

【Eligible Participants】
Girls in 1st to 6th grade of elementary school (new school year)

【What to Bring】
Full set of soccer equipment (balls will be provided by the club), water bottle, health check sheet
*Please do not bring your own ball as it is prohibited to bring balls into the stadium stands.

【Health Check Sheet】
A health check sheet must be submitted to participate in the event. Please fill it out starting from Sunday, April 3rd (two weeks prior) and submit it at the reception on the day of the event, Sunday, April 17th.

【Tickets for the Nagoya Match】
・Tickets will be provided for children participating in the Match Day Festival.
・QR tickets will be distributed at the Match Day Festival reception.
・Ticket seating category: East Zone (unreserved seats)
・Please ensure children are accompanied by a guardian when watching the match.
・For accompanying guardians' tickets, please purchase them individually from "Shikatike".

【Parking】
Please use nearby paid parking lots.
*The nearby parking lot is Parking Lot B (1,000 yen including tax).
*Please purchase parking tickets for Parking Lot B from "Shikatike". Please purchase them by the day before, as it takes time for the data to reflect on the day of the event.

【Other Notes】
・Please note that bringing balls into the stadium is prohibited during match viewing.
・In case of cancellation, we will contact you at the email address registered with your J.League ID.
・For injuries sustained on the day, we will provide first aid, but after that, each family is responsible for their own care. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Please register for "Amabie-chan" posted at the venue on the day of the event.
・Please make sure to write your name on all your belongings.

【COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines】
Please make sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
If an adult (18 years or older) has a fever of 37.0°C or higher, or a child (under 18 years) has a fever of 37.5°C or higher on the day of participation, they cannot participate. Also, if shortness of breath, fatigue, languor, or abnormalities in taste or smell are observed, participation is not allowed.

If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above-mentioned health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, participation is also not allowed.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution or workplace cannot participate.

Please strictly observe the following points for participation:

1) Be able to disclose your activity record (when, where, and what you were doing) for the past two weeks to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when coming to the venue.<
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. Follow instructions from the organizers when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose.
8) Leave promptly and return home after the event.
