"Antlers Business College" is a program where participants can learn about sports business from various perspectives, from management to on-site operations, through experiential contact with practical examples from Kashima Antlers. The second term was held from May to November 2021.
The third term, which will run for approximately five months from June 2022, will provide practical learning opportunities. In addition to acquiring basic management know-how through lectures given by instructors, primarily Antlers management, participants will engage in case studies, discussions with other participants, and the development and presentation of concrete business plans. The aim is to cultivate individuals who can create value for the region and society by fostering an understanding of the entire sports business, not limited to football.

In addition, managers from various groups within the club will participate in the program, and individuals who have led sports business fields other than football are also scheduled to speak.
■Target Audience
・Business professionals currently involved in or aspiring to be involved in the sports business.
・Professional athletes and sports operating company staff who wish to deepen their understanding of the sports business.
・Local government officials, and staff from sponsor/partner companies who are involved with the sports business and wish to deepen their understanding and utilize it more effectively.
