■Match Operation Details
This match will be held at 100% capacity (approximately 37,000 people). In accordance with the J-League's COVID-19 response guidelines and a request from Ibaraki Prefecture, seating will be arranged in a normal configuration without spacing between seats. To reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets (QR tickets)" and "barcode authenticated tickets (paper tickets)" will be accepted, allowing for the acquisition of individual contact information for attendees.
■Major Changes to 2022 Season Operations
1) Capacity Restrictions and Seating Arrangement
The maximum capacity will be 100%. Seating will also be in a normal configuration without spacing between front, back, left, and right.
2) Annual Ticket Acquisition Method
・SÓCIO Members: You can enter with your IC card or app membership card and watch the match from your own seat.
・Season Ticket Members: You must acquire a 0-yen ticket for each match from Kashima Tickets and enter with a QR ticket.
3) Unreserved Seating Areas Established in Supporters' Seat Home South, 1st Floor, and East Zone
Seating will generally be reserved for all seat types, but parts of the Supporters' Seat Home South, 1st Floor, and East Zone will be sold as unreserved seating. Since the seating areas are different, please choose one when purchasing.
4) Relaxed Seats and Sofa Seats now on sale at Kashima Tickets!
The "Relaxed Seats" and "Sofa Seats" that were sold in limited quantities last season and were very popular will be officially launched! Starting this season, seating will be expanded to the North Area and sold for every match via Kashima Tickets. These seats are recommended for families, those who want to watch the game with important guests without worrying about their surroundings, and those who want to relax and watch the game in comfortable seats!
*Fan Club discount prices will be introduced for Relaxed Seats and Sofa Seats starting from the Shimizu match (4/2). Also, the price of Relaxed Seats has been revised, making them more accessible.

Tickets can be purchased at the event counter at the stadium on the match day. Please check the following notes before purchasing tickets.
