Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the following precautions before purchasing your tickets.

【Precautions】
・When purchasing, you will be required to fill out personal information such as "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers to the extent necessary if an infected person or a suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・The stadium's same-day ticket counter does not sell visitor-exclusive seats. If you wish to watch the game from visitor-exclusive seats, please purchase them through Kashi-Tike.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to be reflected at the gate terminals. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

・If a person in a wheelchair wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair accessible seat". One accompanying person can enter free of charge.
・You cannot watch the game from your wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking lot. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to watch.
・As the number of wheelchair accessible seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket through Kashi-Tike before making a parking reservation.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair accessible parking lot (D Parking Lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket holders can select wheelchair accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. Regarding B Parking Ticket sales
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashi-Tike and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased ticket at the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You will not be able to use the B parking lot without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase them at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase them from Kashi-Tike even on the day of the match.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if you choose Supporters' Seat Home, it will be the junior high/high school student price).
*For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) through Kashi-Tike (J.League Ticket)
For Kashima Antlers home games, you can directly enter by scanning the QR code or paper ticket at each gate.
