■本試合の運用について
本試合は収容人数100％での開催試合となります。Ｊリーグ策定の新型コロナウイルス感染症対応ガイドラインおよび茨城県からの要請に基づき、観戦席は前後左右の間隔を設けない通常配席での運用となります。また、感染リスク軽減のために、スタッフとの対面接触（もぎり作業）をなくし、来場者の個別連絡先が取得可能な「電子チケット（QRチケット）」「バーコード認証チケット（紙チケット）」のみの運用といたします。
■2022シーズン運用の主な変更点
1）収容制限人数及び配席
収容制限人数は最大100％となります。また、配席も前後左右を空けない通常配席となります。
2）年間チケット取得方法
・SÓCIOメンバー：お持ちのICカード・アプリ会員証でご入場可能となり、ご自身のお席でご観戦いただけます。
・シーズンチケットメンバー：試合毎に鹿チケより0円チケットを取得のうえ、QRチケットでご入場いただきます。
3）サポーターズシートホーム南・1階席に自由席エリア設定
座席は原則全席種指定席での運用となりますが、サポーターズシートホーム南・1階の一部エリアを自由席として販売いたします。座席エリアが異なっておりますので、ご購入の際はどちらかをご選択ください。
4）ゆったりシート・ソファシートを鹿チケで販売中！
昨シーズンに限定販売して好評を博した「ゆったりシート」「ソファシート」が本格始動します！今シーズンより北側エリアにも座席を拡大して鹿チケで毎試合販売することになりました。ご家族連れや大事なお客様と周りを気にせず観戦したい方や、座り心地のいいシートでゆったり観戦したい方にお勧めです！
5）有料チケット購入制限枚数：4枚
※収容制限試合では変更する場合があります。

・Advance reservation is required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend. As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please ensure you purchase your ticket via Kashima Ticket before making a parking reservation. The reservation period closes two days before the scheduled match day.
・On the match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D Parking) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At this time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select a wheelchair seat and purchase it for 0 yen.

*2 About the sale of B parking tickets:
・B Parking will be pre-reserved, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket from Kashima Ticket and come to B Parking. At the B Parking entrance, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・B Parking cannot be used without purchasing a ticket in advance. If there are spaces available, tickets can also be purchased from Kashima Ticket on the match day.
[Same-day ticket sales at the stadium]
Tickets can be purchased at the event window at the stadium on the match day. Please check the following notes before purchasing tickets.

Stadium same-day ticket sales hours: 1 hour before opening - 1 hour after kick-off

・When purchasing, you will need to fill in your personal information, such as your "name," "contact information," and "address," at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if a COVID-19 patient or suspected patient is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, a separate handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be added to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes about 10 minutes for ticket data to be reflected from ticket issuance to the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time.
Even on the match day, tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Ticket," the web ticket sales on the Antlers official website. The stadium sales counter may be crowded, so please purchase in advance via "Kashima Ticket" before coming to the stadium.
