■How to Purchase Tickets
1) Please prepare your 2nd-floor free invitation ticket (QR or paper ticket) and come to the event counter.
2) Fill out the dedicated form provided at the counter with your customer information and submit it.
3) Hold your 2nd-floor free invitation ticket over the dedicated terminal at the counter.
4) Pay the ticket fee. You will receive a paper ticket for the changed 1st-floor seat.
5) Hold the barcode part of the paper ticket over the terminal at the entrance gate to enter the stadium.
■Notes
・When changing seats, you will be required to fill out a form with necessary customer information. Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if a person infected with or suspected of being infected with a contagious disease is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・There is a limited number of seat change requests, and they will end once all available seats are taken. Also, specific seat assignments such as front row or aisle seats cannot be accommodated.
・Changes cannot be made on days other than the match day.
・There is no discount for fan club members.
・If you make a change, you will no longer be able to enter with the original 2nd-floor free invitation ticket. Please enter with the paper ticket provided at the time of payment.
