【About Same-day Ticket Sales at the Stadium】
Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales office (event window) at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the notes below before purchasing tickets.

【Notes】
・When purchasing, you will be required to provide your "Name," "Contact Information," and "Address" at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・Seat selection, such as front row or aisle seats, is not possible.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to be reflected on the gate terminals. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket sales office, please arrive with plenty of time.

*1. When using wheelchair-accessible seating
・If a wheelchair user wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased will be a "wheelchair seat." One attendant may enter free of charge.
・You cannot watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your tickets through Kashima Ticket before making a parking reservation.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D Parking Lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the attendant's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. About B parking ticket sales
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from the web ticket sales "Kashima Ticket" and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased ticket on the One Touch Pass terminal for entry.
・You cannot use B parking without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, it cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket sales office. If there is availability, you can purchase it from "Kashima Ticket" even on the day of the match.
*For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (children/students price if you choose Supporters' Home Seats).
*For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Kashima Ticket (J.League Ticket)
For Kashima Antlers home games, direct entry will be via scanning QR tickets or paper tickets at each gate.
