This volunteer program primarily involves assisting with the operations of Kashima Antlers home games, and we are also considering dispatching staff to various sports events in neighboring municipalities to promote regional sports culture. We welcome applications from those who have registered with us in the past, as well as anyone else who is enthusiastic.
■ Eligibility (must meet all conditions below)
・Must be 18 years or older and in good health (excluding high school students)
・Must be able to volunteer a total of 4 or more times (at least 2 times in the first half of the season and at least 2 times in the second half) for home games between February and December 2022.
*Please note that these conditions may change due to factors such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
■ Activities
・Operational activities during Kashima Antlers home games
1) Gate assistance
2) Seating guidance
3) Distribution of flyers, etc.
4) Counting attendance
5) Ticket exchange
6) Ticket checking, etc.
・Cooperation with other regional sports events and volunteer activities

*Volunteer registrants will submit their available dates, and the secretariat will coordinate and notify them of their activity schedule.
*We will notify you separately about activities for regional sports events, etc.
■ Transportation and other expenses
・Transportation expenses: Partially provided
・Injury insurance coverage (does not apply to natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis)
・Meal (1 per day): Provided to those who request it
・Uniform rental

We will hold a training session for duties (dates will be announced later).
*Your registration will be complete upon attending this training session, so please make sure to attend.
■ Other
If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, the steering committee will conduct a document screening and notify the successful applicants.
*Application forms will not be returned.
*This volunteer program complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, and personal information is properly managed under strict security measures by the person responsible for management.
*A commemorative gift will be presented to those who volunteer 4 or more times (after the end of the annual activities).
