[Regarding Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium]
Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on the match day. Please review the following precautions before purchasing tickets.
Payment methods: Cash, various credit cards, Merpay, d払い (d払い).
[Precautions]
・As per J.League ticket sales rules for matches with capacity restrictions, you will be required to provide your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter upon purchase, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, in the event that an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket data to be reflected from issuance to the gate terminal. If you are purchasing tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

※3. Regarding B Parking Ticket Sales
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B Parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from "Kashima Ticket" (web ticket sales) and proceed to the B Parking lot. At the entrance of B Parking, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use B Parking without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, it cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there is availability, you can purchase it from "Kashima Ticket" even on the match day.
※For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Although seats are arranged with intervals and generally the adjacent seat is empty, to maintain optimal distance, preschoolers should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardian. If a preschooler occupies a seat, a separate ticket is required (Elementary/Junior High/High School price applies if choosing Supporters Seat Home or Visitor Exclusive Seat).
