As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, matches will be held with a capacity limit of 50% (approximately 20,000 people). Seating will be assigned with one empty seat to the front, back, left, and right, creating a checkerboard pattern, and all seats will be reserved. Additionally, to reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only electronic tickets ("Kashima Ticket" QR tickets) and barcode-authenticated tickets ("Kashima Ticket" paper tickets) that can obtain individual contact information of attendees will be used.

・As per J.League ticket sales rules for capacity-restricted matches, you will be required to fill out personal information such as your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter during purchase, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary if a COVID-19 patient or suspected patient is discovered at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (including tax) per ticket will be charged to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to be reflected on the gate terminal. If you are purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

*For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket.
