・As per J.League ticket sales rules for capacity-limited matches, when purchasing, you will be required to fill in your personal information (name, contact information, address) at the counter and present a form of identification such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if a person infected with an infectious disease or suspected of being infected is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, a separate handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.

*4 Regarding B Parking Ticket sales
・For capacity-limited matches, B parking will require advance reservations, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from the "Kashima Ticket" web ticket sales and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased ticket on the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・B parking cannot be used if tickets are not purchased in advance. Also, tickets cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase them from "Kashima Ticket" on the day of the match.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally, the adjacent seat is empty. However, to maintain an optimal distance, pre-school children should sit together with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a pre-school child occupies a seat, a separate ticket is required (child/student price applies if choosing Supporters' Seat Home or Visitor Exclusive Seat).
