When participating in the event, you are required to submit a health check sheet. After completing your application, please download and print the sheet from the email you receive, fill it out starting from Saturday, September 18th, and submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

・We will provide first aid for any injuries on the day, but subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household. Thank you for your understanding.

[About the Novel Coronavirus Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to participate. Also, those with shortness of breath, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell will not be allowed to participate.
If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, they will not be allowed to participate.
Those who have been asked to refrain from going out by their school or educational institution, or workplace, will not be allowed to participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log (when, where, and what you were doing) for the past two weeks to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded areas. If instructed by the management, please follow their instructions.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, or blow your nose with your hands.
8) After the event, promptly withdraw and return home.
