The purpose of this program is to help players acquire the knowledge and skills they deem necessary for their life plans. By leveraging the specialized expertise and knowledge of our club partners, we will provide various learning opportunities.
As the first phase, we will offer learning programs on "asset management" and "English language learning," which were the most requested topics in a preliminary survey of players and club alumni. These programs will be provided in collaboration with Joyo Bank, Ltd., an official club partner, and Progresso Co., Ltd., a club partner.
Going forward, we will progressively add content with our partner companies to support players in various ways. We also plan to consider expanding the program's target audience to include academy players and club staff.

【On the establishment of the program】
Comment from Koji Nakata, C.R.O.
"When I was an active player, even if I wanted to learn something, I didn't know how or didn't have the opportunity, and I just kept putting it off. After retiring, I regretted not having learned more about things I was interested in. I don't want active players to have the same feelings, so by providing various programs, the club aims to give them opportunities to grow not only as soccer players but also as well-rounded members of society."
【On participating in the program】
Comment from Tomoya Inukai, Player
"I think it's a great strength that the club offers such opportunities, allowing players to stimulate each other and engage in learning. Professional soccer players often have half a day free after practice, and I believe it's important as a member of society to use such time constructively. So, I want to actively absorb everything."
Comment from Ryotaro Araki, Player
"I've been studying English on my own for a while now, but it's very helpful that the club is offering a program to improve communication both in soccer and in my daily life. I want to make good use of this program, including things I haven't been particularly interested in until now."
