During the "strict alert" period, annual ticket holders (SÓCIO members / season ticket members) can attend by selecting their seats via "Shika Ticket." If attendance restrictions continue for home games held after September, attendance will also require obtaining tickets via "Shika Ticket."

■Capacity-limited matches (matches with spectators)
As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, matches will be held with a capacity limit of 50% (approximately 20,000 people). Seating will be assigned with one seat open on all sides (front, back, left, and right) in a checkered pattern, with all seats reserved. Additionally, to reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets ('Shika Ticket' QR tickets)" and "barcode authentication tickets ('Shika Ticket' paper tickets)" will be used, allowing for individual contact information of attendees to be obtained.

・As a J-League ticket sales rule for capacity-restricted matches, when purchasing, you must fill out personal information such as "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.

*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally, the adjacent seat will be empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians.
