[About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium]
Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales counter (Event window) at the stadium on the match day. Please check the following precautions before purchasing your tickets.

[Precautions]
・As per J.League ticket sales rules for matches with capacity restrictions, you will be required to provide your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter upon purchase, and present identification such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers or other relevant authorities to the necessary extent if a person infected with or suspected of being infected with an infectious disease is discovered at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to reflect data on the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter, please arrive with plenty of time.

・If a person in a wheelchair uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be a "wheelchair seat." One attendant can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking lot. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・Since the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets via the web ticket sales "Kashitike" and then make a parking reservation in advance.
・On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (Parking Lot D) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter from the Gate 5 side. At that time, you will be given the attendant's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*4. Regarding sales of B Parking Tickets
・For matches with capacity restrictions, Parking Lot B will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from the web ticket sales "Kashitike" and come to Parking Lot B. At the entrance of Parking Lot B, please hold your purchased ticket over the One-touch Pass terminal to enter.
・Parking Lot B cannot be used without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, tickets cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase tickets from "Kashitike" on the match day.
・For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Spectator seats are arranged with a certain distance between them, and generally, the adjacent seat is empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, preschoolers should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (for Supporters Seat Home and Visitor Exclusive Seat, children/students prices apply).
