[About Same-day Ticket Sales at the Stadium]
Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the notes below before purchasing your tickets.

・As per the J.League ticket sales rules for capacity-restricted matches, you will need to fill in your personal information, including "Name," "Contact Information," and "Address" at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license at the time of purchase.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if an infected person or a suspected case is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot select specific seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, a separate handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor-only seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch from a visitor-only seat, please purchase through "Kashima Ticket."
・It takes about 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please allow ample time to arrive.

・On the day of the match, please come to the reception next to the wheelchair accessible parking (D parking) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*4. About B Parking Ticket Sales
・For capacity-restricted matches, B Parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from "Kashima Ticket" (web ticket sales) and come to B parking. At the B parking entrance, please hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal for entry.
・B parking cannot be used without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, it cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are still spaces available, you can purchase it from "Kashima Ticket" on the day of the match.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally the adjacent seat will be empty, but to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit together with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket will be required (for Supporters Seat Home and Visitor-only Seats, child/student prices apply).
