As part of measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, matches will be held at 50% capacity (approximately 20,000 people) as the upper limit. Seating will be staggered with one empty seat to the front, back, left, and right, maintaining intervals (checkerboard pattern), and all seats will be reserved. Furthermore, to reduce infection risk, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets" ("Shika Ticket" QR tickets) and "barcode authenticated tickets" ("Shika Ticket" paper tickets) that allow for obtaining individual contact information of attendees will be used.

・As per J-League ticket sales rules for capacity-restricted matches, you will need to fill in personal information such as "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter during purchase, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, in the event that an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal. If purchasing same-day tickets at the counter, please arrive with ample time.

* For preschool children who do not occupy a seat, one preschool child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with intervals between seats, and generally the adjacent seat is empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, preschool children should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardian. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if selecting Supporters Seat, child/student fare applies).

For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch from the seat indicated on your existing ticket or IC card.
