【About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium】
Tickets can be purchased at the event counter at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the following precautions before purchasing tickets.

・As per J.League ticket sales rules for capacity-limited matches, you will be required to fill in your personal information (name, contact information, address) and present identification (such as a driver's license) at the counter when purchasing.
・In the event that an infected person or a suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium, personal information may be provided to health centers or other necessary organizations within the required scope.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket data to be reflected from the ticket issuance to the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please allow ample time to arrive at the stadium.

・On the day of the match, please come to the reception next to the wheelchair-exclusive parking lot (D Parking) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the accompanying person's ticket (QR code).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

・For capacity-limited matches, B Parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR Ticket) from the "Kashima Ticket" web ticket sales system and proceed to B Parking. At the B Parking entrance, hold your purchased QR Ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal for entry.
・B Parking cannot be used without purchasing a QR Ticket in advance. If there are vacancies, you can also purchase on the day of the match through "Kashima Ticket."
※For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult can enter without a ticket. Although seats are spaced at regular intervals, and the adjacent seat is generally empty, to maintain optimal distance, preschoolers should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (Child/Student price applies if choosing Supporters' Seat Home or Visitor-Exclusive Seat).
