(Headquarters: Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture; Representative Director & President: Fumio Koizumi; hereinafter "Kashima Antlers") concluded a comprehensive partnership agreement concerning Namegata City's regional revitalization projects on Thursday, May 6, with the aim of solving regional issues and creating new value by utilizing DX technologies and other means.
Going forward, to accelerate regional revitalization in Namegata City, we will further leverage our respective human and material resources and networks to promote DX within the city hall, implement policies for permanent settlement and relocation, and improve citizen services, with the goal of creating a sustainable city.

3. Purpose and Background of this Agreement
This comprehensive partnership agreement is concluded with the aim of contributing to the revitalization of the regional economy by utilizing information and communication technologies possessed by Mercari and resources of Kashima Antlers, whose home towns are the five cities of Rokka.
Through the conclusion of this agreement, the three parties will collaborate to promote regional revitalization projects, transcending the boundaries of government and private sectors.
