Tickets can be purchased at the event counter at the stadium on the day of the match. Please read the following precautions before purchasing tickets.

・As per J.League ticket sales rules for capacity-restricted matches, you will be required to provide your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter upon purchase, and present proof of identity such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary if an infected person or a suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・It takes about 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to be reflected on the gate terminal. If you purchase same-day tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

・For capacity-restricted matches, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket) from the web ticket sales "Kashima Antlers Ticket" and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased QR ticket at the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use the B parking lot without purchasing a QR ticket in advance. If there are vacancies, you can purchase them from "Kashima Antlers Ticket" on the day of the match.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, no ticket is required for up to one pre-school child per accompanying adult. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally, the adjacent seat will be empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit together in the seat purchased by their guardian. If a pre-school child occupies a seat, a separate ticket is required (child/student price if choosing Supporters' Seat Home or Visitor Reserved Seat).
