Information on Payment Methods for "Antlers Mobile" Following the Launch of New Pricing Plans by the Three Major Carriers

We would like to inform those who are considering changing to NTT Docomo's new rate plan "ahamo," au's new rate plan "povo," or LINE and SoftBank's new brand "LINEMO," which are scheduled to be available from March 2021.

Added on March 3, 2022
From March 3, 2022, monthly billing for "SoftBank Collective Payment" can be continued even when changing to the new rate plan "LINEMO".

From December 20, 2022, "au Easy Payment" is now available to customers with povo2.0 contracts.


Added on July 21, 2023
Information about docomo's new rate plan "irumo" has been added.


■For those currently using docomo's "sp-mode payment" (Added on July 1, 2023)
・The new rate plans "ahamo" and "irumo" are not covered by the "sp-mode content payment service." Therefore, if customers currently subscribed to docomo and using sp-mode payment change to "ahamo" or "irumo," Antlers Mobile will be automatically canceled.
・If customers who have changed to "ahamo" or "irumo" wish to use Antlers Mobile, please re-register using credit card payment.

■For those currently using SoftBank's "SoftBank Collective Payment" (Added on March 3, 2022)
・From March 3, 2022, if you change to the new rate plan "LINEMO" while keeping your mobile phone number, monthly billing for "SoftBank Collective Payment" can be continued. No action is required from customers using this service.

■For those currently using au's "au Easy Payment" (Added on January 25, 2023)
・From December 20, 2022, "au Easy Payment" is now available to customers with povo2.0 contracts.
・If you change from "povo1.0" or "au" to "povo2.0," monthly billing will be automatically carried over.
・If you change from "UQ mobile" to "povo2.0," please link your au ID and povo account yourself from the "povo2.0" app.

■Notes on Re-registration
If you change your payment method in the middle of the month, you will be double-charged for that month. Therefore, we recommend canceling at the end of the month and re-registering at the beginning of the next month.
