■Capacity-Restricted Matches (Matches with Spectators)
As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, matches will be held with a maximum capacity of 50% (approximately 20,000 people), and all seats will be reserved, with one seat skipped to the front, back, left, and right, creating a checkered pattern. Furthermore, to reduce the risk of infection, we will eliminate face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) that occurs with paper tickets and will only operate with electronic tickets ("Kashima Ticket" QR tickets), which allow us to obtain individual contact information of attendees.

*2 About B Parking Ticket Sales
・For capacity-restricted matches, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket) from "Kashima Ticket" (WEB ticket sales) and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased QR ticket with the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.

For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch from the seat indicated on your existing ticket or IC card. You must select a seat for each match from the web ticket purchase site "Kashima Ticket" and obtain a ticket. If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
For the March 10 Shonan match, SÓCIO members and season ticket members can obtain one free ticket of the same category as or lower than their annual ticket.
Please note that due to limited seating, your assigned annual reserved seat may be in a different category. Also, resale of obtained tickets is not available during the capacity restriction period.
