■ Notification of Lottery Results
You will be notified by email regarding the lottery results (sent to the email address registered during application). The lottery result notification email is scheduled to be sent on Thursday, January 14th.

■ Product Exchange and Purchase Method
1. Exchange and purchase at the Official Shop Clubhouse store
Your membership card is required for exchange. Please bring it with you when you visit.
2. Exchange and purchase via cash on delivery
Please pay upon receipt of your package.

*If you do not visit the store or pick up your item within this period, it will be shipped via cash on delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
*During the above period, the Official Shop Clubhouse Store will be temporarily closed, so all winners will have their items shipped via cash on delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
[Important Notes]
・Applications are limited to one per membership number per price category. Multiple applications for the same price category will be invalid.
(Example) You can apply for one 80,000 yen bag, one 30,000 yen bag, and one 20,000 yen bag.
・For inquiries regarding application status and lottery results, please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center.
・Bonus item sizes will be randomly selected and may differ from the size of the lucky pack bag.
・Reservations are not accepted.
・Fan club discounts do not apply.
・Returns of purchased products and exchanges of bonus items are not permitted.
