Kashima City, Mercari, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and CEO: Shintaro Yamada), and Kashima Antlers concluded a "Comprehensive Partnership Agreement on Regional Revitalization" in February 2020, with the aim of solving regional issues. This project is a new initiative in the smart city area under the same agreement.
