□Application Conditions
If you wish to set up a stall, please agree to the vendor guidelines and apply using the application form. Eligible businesses are companies and stores in the Kashima Antlers' hometowns (Kashima City, Itako City, Kamisu City, Namegata City, Hokota City) and neighboring regions.
Please cooperate by following the instructions of administrative agencies regarding the novel coronavirus disease if you are a vendor residing outside of Ibaraki Prefecture.
Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Friday, October 16, 2020.

Only food and drink sales from kitchen cars or tents. Vendors are responsible for providing their own fixtures and equipment (tents, generators, floodlights, chairs, tables, etc.).

The organizer will determine the vendor area based on the type of stall, etc. Individual stall locations within each area will be determined by lottery.
A vendor briefing session is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21.
The lottery will be conducted at the briefing session, so if you are selected as a vendor, please be sure to attend the briefing session.
