*For preschoolers not occupying a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with space between seats, generally leaving the adjacent seat empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, preschoolers should sit with the accompanying parent in the purchased seat. If a preschooler occupies a seat, a separate ticket is required (child/student price if choosing a Supporters Seat).

・If a person in a wheelchair wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is "wheelchair accessible seat". One accompanying person can enter free of charge.
・You cannot watch the match while remaining in a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking lot. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each desired match.
・As the number of wheelchair accessible seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets from the web ticket sales "KASHIMA TICKET" before making parking reservations.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair accessible parking (D parking) on the back stand side. After reception, entry will be from Gate 5. At that time, you will be given a ticket (QR) for the accompanying person.
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.
