Following the J.League's announcement on Friday, September 11, regarding the easing of spectator attendance restrictions, for the two home games scheduled in September, the stadium capacity limit will be increased from 5,000 spectators to a maximum of 30% of the total capacity (approximately 12,000 people). Please note that the operation of ticketing and fan/supporter guidelines will continue under "Super Strict Measures."
Under "Super Strict Measures" (30% capacity restriction), annual ticket (SÓCIO/season ticket) holders can select their seating via "Kashi-Ticket" and attend the matches (※1).
※1. It is possible to obtain tickets for the same category as or a lower category than your purchased annual ticket, free of charge.

We will provide guidance in the following order: SÓCIO, Season Tickets, Fan Club Members, and General Public.
※By linking your Fan Club membership number with your J.League ID, you can select your seat from Kashima Ticket and obtain one free ticket. For each match, you can purchase an additional 12 tickets at the Fan Club member advance price. Also, due to limited seating, additional purchases (paid) for season ticket holders will be at the same time as FC members. Please note that this may change depending on future circumstances.

How to Obtain Tickets with "Kashi-Ticket"
Step 1: Register for a J.League ID
Step 2: Set up Fan Club membership number (One-touch pass ID) linkage
Step 3: Apply for tickets for your desired match via "Kashi-Ticket" (please complete this for each match)
