*For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and in principle, the adjacent seat is vacant. However, to maintain optimal distance, preschoolers should sit together with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if choosing a Supporters' Seat, child/student rates apply).

・If a person in a wheelchair wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is "wheelchair seating." One accompanying person can enter for free.

・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket through the web ticket sales "Kashima Tickets" and then make a parking reservation in advance.
・On the match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seating and purchase it for 0 yen.
