Following the announcement by the J.League on Tuesday, August 25, regarding a change in the application period for the "J.League COVID-19 Response Guidelines," we will continue to operate under the "Super Strict Measures" (5,000-person capacity limit) for ticketing and fan/supporter-related guidelines for target home matches, taking into account the spread of infection, until at least Wednesday, September 30, as currently implemented.
Under the "Super Strict Measures" (5,000-person capacity limit), annual ticket (SÓCIO/season ticket) holders can attend matches by selecting their seats via "Kashima Ticket" (*1).
*1. You can acquire tickets for the same category or lower than your purchased annual ticket for free.

We will provide guidance in the order of SÓCIO, Season Ticket, Fan Club Members, and General Public.
*For matches with a 5,000-person capacity limit, the East Zone will only be available for free purchase by Season East members. Please note that free purchase for other member grades and paid tickets will not be available.
*By linking your Fan Club membership number and J.League ID, you can select your seat on Kashima Ticket and acquire one ticket for free. You can additionally purchase up to 12 tickets at the fan club member advance price per match. Also, due to limited seating, additional purchases (paid tickets) for season ticket holders will be at the same timing as FC members. This may change depending on future circumstances.
