As a general rule, advance registration via the reservation form will not be required for visits on weekdays, excluding weekends, national holidays, and home game days. However, as a measure to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, we ask that you fill in the necessary information on the "Entry Record Form" at the store before entering. Please see below for details on how to visit the store.
Please note that to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, top team practice viewing and fan services will continue to be suspended. We appreciate your understanding in advance when visiting the store.
■Weekdays (excluding home game days)
Reservations are not required for your visit.
Upon arrival, you will scan a QR code at the store to access the "Entry Record Form," fill in the necessary information such as your name and contact details, and then enter the store.

＜Other Information＞
・The store will operate strictly by reservation only, with time slots divided into 20-minute intervals. Entry is not permitted without a reservation. The maximum capacity is 20 people every 20 minutes.
・You can book for up to 2 people per group with one application.
・Reservations can be made until 7:00 PM on the day before each business day.
・Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your reserved time.
・If you are unable to visit or will be late, please contact us.
■ Notes on Visiting the Store
・Please note that guidance may change depending on the situation.
・The entrance and exit are different from usual. Entry and exit to the clubhouse will be from the ground side.
・Please note that Antlers Cafe remains closed.
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, we ask for your cooperation with the following:
・We will conduct temperature checks. Customers with a temperature of 37.5℃ or higher will be denied entry.
・Please disinfect your hands upon entering the store.
・Please wear a mask.
・When queuing for entry or checkout, please maintain a distance of at least 1 meter from other customers.
・Apparel and caps cannot be tried on.
・Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except for defective items.
Information regarding operations after September 7th will be announced at a later date.
＜Notice of Charges for Shopping Bags＞
Due to the mandatory charging for shopping bags, free distribution of shopping bags at official shops will end in July. If you wish to use a shopping bag, it will be available for purchase. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
