The "Antlers Business College" is a program where participants can learn about sports business from various perspectives, from management to on-site operations, through hands-on experience with Kashima Antlers' practical examples.
Over approximately six months from September, under the guidance of instructors primarily from Antlers' management, the program will provide practical learning. This will include acquiring basic management know-how through lectures, as well as case studies, discussions among participants, and the consideration and proposal of specific business plans. The goal is to foster individuals who can contribute to regional and societal value creation by deepening their understanding not only of football but of the sports business as a whole.

・Koji Nakata (Club Relations Officer)
・Additionally, managers from various teams within the club are scheduled to participate in the program.
・Speakers who have led the sports business field outside of football are also planned.

・Business professionals currently involved in or aspiring to be involved in sports business.
・Professional athletes and sports operating company staff who wish to deepen their understanding of sports business.
・Local government officials and staff from sponsor/partner companies who are involved with sports business but want to deepen their understanding and utilize it more effectively.
