*Refunds at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store are only available for tickets for the five aforementioned matches and yearbook exchange vouchers purchased at the Official Shop Clubhouse Store.

■Refund Method by Mail
Please send your tickets along with a memo containing the required information (bank name, branch name, account type, account number (savings or current), account holder's name (phonetic), fan club membership number, address, and phone number for the refund transfer account) via simple registered mail to the address below. For Japan Post Bank accounts, please include the store name, deposit type, and account number for bank transfers (must arrive by August 16).
*Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding.
*Refunds will take approximately 3-4 weeks after the refund acceptance period ends due to processing. Thank you for your understanding.
