About the STAGURU Festival

We are pleased to announce that the "Staguru Festival" will be held on Sunday, August 2nd, on the grounds of Kashima Soccer Stadium. This festival will feature a selection of exquisite stadium and hometown gourmet foods, including "Melon Marugoto Cream Soda®" and "Hamuyaki."

Strict measures will be taken to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections during this event. Details of the event will be announced at a later date. However, please be aware that the event may be canceled depending on the future spread of the new coronavirus infection and the policies of the government and local authorities.

We are also looking for vendors to help make the event a success. If you wish to set up a stall, please check the details below and apply using the application form.

Kashima Antlers has been implementing and promoting various projects under the slogan "#EveryoneDoingWhatTheyCanNow" since the official match suspension period, and will continue to promote initiatives that fans and supporters can enjoy, as well as new regional development efforts.

<Recruitment of Stallholders for Staguru Festival>

If you wish to set up a stall, please check the details below and apply using the application form. The target businesses and stores are located in Kashima Antlers' hometown (Kashima City, Itako City, Kamisu City, Namegata City, Hokota City) and neighboring regions. Please note that exhibitors from outside the prefecture are requested to follow the instructions of administrative agencies regarding the new coronavirus. The application deadline is July 20, 2020 (Monday) at 5:00 PM.

■Stall Operating Hours: 
Sunday, August 2nd 1. 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM 2. 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
*You can choose one of the above operating times (1 or 2).

■Stall Location:
Southern grounds of Kashima Soccer Stadium and front parking lot

■Number of Stalls: 
Approximately 50 stalls

■Stall Fee:
10,000 yen/plot (tax included)

■Stall Type:
Only food and beverage sales from food trucks or tents are permitted. Please provide your own fixtures and equipment (tents, generators, chairs, tables, etc.).

■Decision on Stallholders:
・If there are many applicants, we may not be able to accept all applications. The organizer will decide the stall area based on the desired operating hours and stall type. For individual stall locations within each area, a lottery will be conducted.
・A sales briefing session is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22nd. We ask that you attend this session if you are selected to operate a stall, as the lottery will be conducted there.
