As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all spectator seats will be reserved seats arranged with a certain distance between them. Furthermore, to reduce the risk of infection, we will eliminate face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) that occurs with paper tickets, and operate exclusively with "electronic tickets (Kashima Ticket QR tickets)" which allow us to obtain individual contact information for visitors.

*For pre-school children not occupying a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Spectator seats are arranged with a certain distance between them, and in principle, the adjacent seat will be empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit together with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (Child/Student price if selecting Supporter's Seat).

*1. When using wheelchair-accessible seating
・If a wheelchair user wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is "Wheelchair Seating." One attendant is allowed free entry.
・It is not permitted to watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of the member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket via "Kashima Ticket" (web ticket sales) before making a parking reservation. The reservation deadline is two days prior to the scheduled match day.
・On the day of the match, please proceed to the reception next to the dedicated wheelchair parking (Parking D) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the attendant's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members can select wheelchair seating and purchase it for 0 yen.

*2. Parking Ticket B will be sold
・For matches with a 5,000-person capacity limit, Parking B will require advance reservations, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a Parking Ticket B (QR ticket) via "Kashima Ticket" (web ticket sales) and proceed to Parking B. At the entrance of Parking B, hold your purchased QR ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal for entry.
・You will not be able to use Parking B without purchasing a QR ticket in advance. If there are spaces available, you can also purchase on the day of the match via "Kashima Ticket."

For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch from the seat indicated on your ticket or IC card. You must select a viewing seat and obtain a ticket for each match through the web ticket purchase site "Kashima Ticket." If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
