We are pleased to announce that, as part of our efforts to improve operational efficiency through the use of digital technology, we will be introducing the "CloudSign" e-signature service and digitizing contract documents, effective Monday, June 1.
The introduction of the e-signature service will make e-signatures available as one method of concluding contracts. This service is designed to allow contracts to be concluded with an online e-signature in place of a traditional seal on contract documents.
