Antlers Sports Volunteers is recruiting new staff for the 2020 season.
The primary purpose of this volunteer program is to assist with the operation of Kashima Antlers home games. We are also considering dispatching staff to various sports events in neighboring municipalities to promote local sports culture. We welcome applications from those who have registered with us in the past, as well as new, enthusiastic individuals.
■ Application Requirements
・Must be 18 years of age or older (excluding high school students), healthy, and able to participate in at least 4 home game activities between February and December 2020.
■ Activity Details
・Operational activities during Kashima Antlers home games (1. Ticket tearing and stub counting, 2. Seating guidance, 3. Distribution of flyers, etc., 4. Spectator count, 5. Ticket exchange, 6. Ticket checks, etc.), and cooperation with other local sports event volunteer activities.

・Antlers home game dates
※ Registered volunteers will submit their available dates, and after coordination by the secretariat, they will be notified.
※ We will contact you regarding activities for local sports events as needed.
■ Transportation Expenses, etc.
・Partial transportation expenses provided, injury insurance coverage (excluding cases caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes or tsunamis), one meal provided upon request, uniform rental.

・We will hold a business training session (dates will be announced later).
※ Participation in this training is required for registration, so please be sure to attend.

・If the number of applicants exceeds the capacity, the steering committee will conduct a document screening and notify the applicants.
※ Application forms will not be returned.
※ This volunteer program complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws and regulations, and manages personal information appropriately with strict security measures under the supervision of a responsible manager.
※ Commemorative gifts will be given to those who participate in 4 or more activities (after the end of the annual activities).
