Apology and Notification Regarding Incorrect Information Printed on SOCIO Member Information Stickers

From early February, there have been some errors in the printed information on some of the SOCIO member information stickers that were sent with the IC cards. For affected customers, we will replace the information stickers.

We will redouble our efforts to improve product checks and quality to prevent such incidents from happening again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers.

Please note that this error will not cause an error when you tap your IC card on the stadium gate terminal.

[Affected Parties and Error Details]
(1) Affected Parties: All SOCIO Silver members
The following error was found in the printed information on some members' information stickers.
[Incorrect] Stand Name: Main Stand
[Correct] Stand Name: Back Stand

(2) Affected Parties: All members who joined SOCIO under a corporate name
The following error was found in the printed information on some members' information stickers.
[Incorrect] Corporate name not printed on information sticker
[Correct] Corporate name printed on information sticker

[Replacement Method]
Replacement locations and times:
(1) 2/23 Oita match and March home games:
SOCIO Lounge (inside Kashima Sports Center)
From 1 hour before gates open until kickoff

(2) April home games:
Back Stand Fan Club Booth
From gates open until approximately 30 minutes after the match ends
