This is a free soccer school for elementary school students in grades 1, 2, 3, and 4 residing in Ibaraki Prefecture. 200 participants will be selected by lottery from the applicants. Koji Nakata C.R.O is also scheduled to participate as a guest.

200 elementary school students in grades 1, 2, 3, and 4 residing in Ibaraki Prefecture who can attend with a guardian.

What to bring)
Clothes for playing soccer, athletic shoes (spikes not allowed), soccer ball, water bottle.

1. Via FAX: Please fill in the required information on the application form and send it to the secretariat via FAX.
2. Via Postcard: Please fill in the required information on a postcard and send it to the secretariat via mail.

■Required information if applying without the dedicated application form:
■Event date, venue name, name, age (both participating guardian and child), child's grade level, gender, postal code, address, email address for emergency contact, phone number, FAX number, name of currently subscribed newspaper, how you learned about the event, name of your favorite team, questions for the guest coach.
Application deadline)
Must arrive by April 30th (Monday). Please note that if there are too many applications, a lottery will be held.
Announcement of winners)
Around May 2nd (Wednesday). All applicants will be contacted.
Notes)
Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited on the grounds. Please take all trash with you.
Safety precautions)
The organizer will provide first aid for injuries and accidents, but will not be held responsible thereafter (event insurance is in place).
Please take care of your valuables and personal belongings to prevent theft or loss.
The organizer will not be held responsible for damage to items such as glasses.
