Challe-Tickets (Challenge Tickets) are tickets of chance that allow customers to determine their seat type by lottery at the stadium on the day of the match.
The seat types that can be won in the lottery include Executive Seats and Category 1 seats!!
All seat types are reserved seats, so there are no losing tickets!!

Please be sure to bring your Challe-Ticket exchange voucher (lottery ticket) to the exchange location. You will draw a lottery, and we will exchange it for a ticket of the winning seat type.

From 15:30 (one and a half hours before opening) until the start of the second half.

*This event is a special ticket promotion for Kashima supporters.
Please note in advance that depending on the seat type won, you may not be able to wear visitor merchandise to watch the game.
*If you are attending in a group, please cooperate by arriving together.
One representative will draw the lottery.
*Please note in advance that you may not be able to choose between North and South sides for the winning seats.
*For groups of 5 or more, it may not be possible to assign seats of the same type. (You may have to draw the lottery multiple times.)
