Customers who applied for the 30,000 yen bag were sent a winner/loser email on Sunday, December 10th.
Winning customers should exchange/purchase their items at the store they selected as their preferred purchase location during the application.
A membership card is required for exchange. If you have not yet received your membership card, please bring a form of identification.
