Regarding Refunds for "KASHIMA TREASURE CUP" Tickets

We would like to inform you that ticket refunds for the postponed "KASHIMA TREASURE CUP" will be processed from Thursday, October 26th to Friday, November 10th.

Customers who wish to request a refund should review the details below and follow the instructions, as the refund method varies depending on the purchase method and location.

Please note that the rescheduled date is Saturday, November 11th, from 14:00 to 17:00 (doors open at 12:00). Your current tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event, so please keep them safe and do not lose them.

[Ticket Refund Period and Procedure]
■Period: Thursday, October 26th, 10:00 to Friday, November 10th, 23:59
*Refunds must be processed within the deadline. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate requests after the deadline.

■Customers who chose to pick up tickets at Ticket Pia stores, Seven-Eleven, Circle K Sunkus, or FamilyMart

■Customers who purchased tickets at official shops or the stadium

■Takarush! members who purchased tickets from the dedicated Takarush! website

■Customers who purchased tickets through Lawson Ticket

■Customers who purchased tickets through e+ (eplus)

■Customers who purchased tickets through CN Playguide


■Customers who chose to pick up tickets at Ticket Pia stores, Seven-Eleven, Circle K Sunkus, or FamilyMart

Refunds will be processed at the store where the tickets were issued. Please bring your tickets to the store within the refund period. Tickets issued at a store will have the store name printed on the bottom left of the ticket. If you are unable to visit the store, please mail your tickets to the Ticket Pia Mail Center, ensuring they arrive within the refund period. *Please refer to the mailing method in (3) below.

*Refunds cannot be processed on the same day the tickets were issued at Seven-Eleven. Please visit the store after 10:00 AM the following day.
*Due to the merger with FamilyMart, Circle K Sunkus stores are progressively closing or undergoing renovations. If the store where you issued your ticket is no longer open, please contact the number below.

(2) Customers who have not yet picked up their tickets
If you selected to pick up your tickets at Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, Circle K Sunkus, or a Pia store when purchasing, and have already paid for the tickets but have not yet issued them (do not have them in hand), please proceed with the refund process from "Purchase History" on "My Page" within the acceptance period.

(3) Customers who received tickets by mail
Please mail your tickets to the address below (Mail Center) by registered mail, courier, or specific record mail, ensuring they arrive within the acceptance period. Please include a memo with the necessary information (address, name, contact information, ticket unit price, number of tickets). Refunds will be issued via a "Postal Money Order" approximately 3-4 weeks after the refund acceptance period ends. The postal money order will arrive in a green envelope from the Japan Post Bank processing center. Please bring your identification and cash it at a post office. Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

<Required information for return>
When returning tickets, please make sure to include a memo with the following information:
1. Refund destination address
2. Name
3. Contact phone number

4. Unit price of returned tickets
5. Number of returned tickets

<Notes on returning tickets>
Please make sure to enclose the tickets when returning. Please note that refunds cannot be processed if only a memo is sent.


■Customers who purchased tickets at official shops or the stadium

(1) Customers who purchased tickets at the Official Shop Clubhouse or Mito store
Please bring your tickets to the store where you purchased them, and we will process the refund.

(2) Customers who purchased tickets at the stadium concourse
Please bring your tickets to the Official Shop Clubhouse, and we will process the refund.
*All refunds will be in cash.

For those who fall under (1) or (2) and are unable to visit the store
Please mail your tickets by "registered mail" to the Kashima Antlers Call Center, ensuring they arrive within the acceptance period. After confirmation, we will refund the amount to your designated bank account. Please see below for the procedure.

≪Refund Method by Mail≫
Please enclose your ticket and a memo with the necessary information (bank name, branch name, account name, account number (savings or current), account holder's name (phonetic pronunciation), fan club membership number, address, and phone number of the refund transfer destination bank account) and be sure to send it by registered mail to the address below. If using Japan Post Bank, please provide the branch name, account type, and account number for bank transfers (must arrive by 11/10).
