*Only on match days / From opening to 30 minutes after the match ends.

*No applications accepted on match days.
*No mail-in applications.
◇How to Apply
①Application forms are available at each application location.
②Fill in the required information on the application form and bring it to the application counter.
*Please present your stamp card and membership card along with the application form.
*5 of your acquired stamps will be invalidated.
*Please note that invalidated stamps will be treated as reset, and for subsequent applications, stamps that have not been invalidated will be counted from the beginning.
*Only one entry per category per membership number is allowed (if you apply this time, you cannot apply again for the 5-stamp prize).

◇Lottery and Winner Announcement
After the deadline for the July 29 (Sat) Kofu match, winners will be determined through a strict lottery.
Winners will be notified by mail to their registered address.
◇Notes
・Applications are limited to the member themselves.
・Multiple stamp cards cannot be combined.
・Prizes will only be shipped within Japan.
・The right to win and prizes cannot be transferred to others, changed, or exchanged.
・If the prize cannot be delivered due to an unknown registered address or change of address, the win will be invalidated.
・Personal information provided will only be used for purposes related to this stamp rally and will not be used for any other purpose.
