We wish to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held today, we decided on the candidates for Director and Auditor to be proposed at the 26th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for April 21. We also made an informal decision regarding the selection of executive directors and representative directors, which will be formally decided at the Board of Directors meeting after the conclusion of the said Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Additionally, we wish to announce that we have made an informal decision regarding the change of President and Representative Director, which will be formally decided at the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for late June.
