SOCIO/Season Ticket Holder: Uniform Changes for Transferred Players

We will accept change requests as described below for SOCIO members and customers who applied for season tickets with a uniform and completed payment by January 15, and who had selected the number and name of a player who transferred this season.

Please note that the delivery schedule will differ if you wish to change to number 12 (ANTLERS) or to a number other than 12. Also, please be aware that we cannot accept size changes.

●Regarding Notification of Changes
・For SOCIO members
We will enclose information with the SOCIO tickets scheduled to be sent on February 8 to eligible customers. Please fill out the form and reply by FAX, or contact the call center.

・For customers who purchased season tickets
1. For customers who applied via the web
We will send an information email to the email address registered at the time of purchase. Please reply with the necessary information to the email address provided in the information email.

2. For customers who applied at the official shop or by phone
Please contact the call center.

●About Uniform Delivery

◆If you wish to change to number 12 (ANTLERS)
【Estimated Delivery】
・SOCIO members: Delivered sequentially from February 21
・Season ticket holders: Delivered sequentially from February 22

◆If you wish to change to a number other than 12
【Response Deadline】
Sunday, February 19

【Estimated Delivery】
・If you respond by February 19
Both SOCIO and season ticket holders: Delivered sequentially from March 5
*For season ticket holders, if we do not receive a reply by February 19, we will send the uniform with number 12. Please be aware of this in advance.
*For SOCIO members, if you respond after February 20, we will begin production sequentially thereafter.
