◆Application Postcard Acceptance Period
Must arrive by December 11th (Sunday)
◆Eligibility
Customers who are members of the fan club.
*You can join at the shop and apply on the spot.
*Only those who can visit during the exchange period should apply.
*Applications are limited to one per membership number.
◆How to Apply
Fill out the necessary information on the application postcard enclosed with the December issue of Freaks (vol. 255), attach a 52 yen stamp, and mail it.
You can also bring your application directly to any official shop.
◆Winning Notification
Only winners will be notified via a "winning postcard".
*There will be no notification for unsuccessful applicants.
◆How to Exchange and Purchase Items
Please exchange and purchase your item at the desired store specified on your postcard.
A "winning postcard" and your "fan club membership card" are required for exchange.
*Please note that shipping is not available.
◆Exchange and Purchase Period: December 25th (Sunday) - December 27th (Tuesday)
*If you do not visit during this period, your purchase will be cancelled, and the items will be resold starting at store opening on December 28th (Wednesday). Waiting lists or reservations for resold items are not available.
