The event will proceed in light rain. If the organizer determines that the event cannot be held due to heavy rain, lightning, etc., it will be canceled or the content will be changed.

200 elementary school students in grades 1, 2, 3, and 4 residing in Ibaraki Prefecture who can attend with a parent or guardian.
Both boys and girls are welcome.

Around September 16 (Friday), we will contact everyone who applied.
[Notes]
Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the grounds. Please take all trash with you.
[Safety Precautions]
The organizer will provide first aid for injuries and accidents, but will not be responsible thereafter.
