[In case of rain]
The event will proceed in light rain. If the organizer determines that the event cannot be held due to heavy rain, lightning, etc., it will be canceled or the content will be changed.

[Number of participants]
200 elementary school students in grades 1, 2, 3, and 4 residing in Ibaraki Prefecture who can attend with a guardian.
Both genders are welcome.
*To ensure the safety of your children, please be sure to attend with a parent/guardian.

[What to bring]
Clothing suitable for soccer, athletic shoes (spikes not permitted), soccer ball, water bottle, hat.

1) For FAX: Fill in the required information on the application form below and send it to the office by FAX.

Date of event, venue name, name, age (both guardian and child participating), child's grade level, gender, postal code, address, email address for emergency contact, phone number, FAX number, name of newspaper currently subscribed to, how you heard about the application, name of your favorite team, question for guest coach.

Applications must arrive by June 16 (Thu). Please note that if there are too many applications, a lottery will be held.
[Announcement of Winners]
Around June 17 (Fri). We will contact everyone who applied.
[Notes]
Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited on the ground. Please take all your trash with you.
[Safety Precautions]
The organizers will provide first aid for injuries and accidents, but will not be responsible for any subsequent liability.
(We are enrolled in event insurance.)
Also, please be careful with your valuables and personal belongings regarding theft and loss.
