1. When collecting your season ticket, please present your membership card or identification.
2. To collect your uniform, you will need the exchange voucher enclosed with your season ticket. Please be sure to bring it with you when you come to the venue.
3. Customers who do not exchange their items within the collection period will have them mailed to their registered address via cash on delivery.

4. Depending on the payment date of your application, we may not be able to provide the uniform.
