We would like to inform you about the current status of the 2015 Kashima Antlers season ticket shipping and other related matters.
(The method and timing of delivery vary depending on the timing of application and payment.)
Due to the schedule of the ACL opening match, the 2015 season tickets will be shipped just before the match day. Please take note of this.
1. Customers who applied for a season ticket (without uniform)
[1] Customers who completed their application and payment by the end of January
→ We will send it by express delivery. (The shipping process has already been completed.)
[2] Customers who completed their application and payment by February 8th
→ We will hand over your season ticket at the ACL opening match venue on Wednesday, February 25th.
Please be sure to bring your membership card or identification.
[3] Customers who completed their application and payment on or after February 9th
→ For the ACL opening match on Wednesday, February 25th, we will hand over an alternative ticket of the same seat type at the venue. The original season ticket will be handed over after the Shonan match on Saturday, March 14th.
2. Customers who applied for a season ticket (with uniform)
[1] Customers who completed their application and payment by January 18th
→ We will send the season ticket and uniform by express delivery. (Shipping starts by 2/20)
[2] Customers who completed their application and payment from January 19th to the end of January
→ We will send the season ticket (with a uniform exchange ticket enclosed) by express delivery. (Tickets are currently being shipped sequentially.)
The uniform will be handed over sequentially after the Shonan match on Saturday, March 14th.
Please be sure to bring your uniform exchange ticket.
[3] Customers who completed their application and payment from February 1st to 8th
→ We will hand over your season ticket at the ACL opening match on Wednesday, February 25th.
Please be sure to bring your membership card or identification.
*The uniform will be handed over with an exchange ticket. The product will be handed over sequentially after the Shonan match on Saturday, March 14th.
3. Contents included in the season ticket (first half)
[1] J.League official matches (1st Stage)
Shonan match on 3/14 to Kawasaki match on 6/27 (total of 7 matches)
[2] ACL qualifiers + Round of 16
Sydney match on 2/25 to (total of 4 matches)
[3] Options
Pin badge (for members who purchased a season ticket continuously from last year)
Uniform exchange ticket (for those who applied for a season ticket with a uniform on or after 1/19)

We will notify you on the official website and Freaks as soon as it is decided.
4. Time and place for ticket/uniform exchange at the venue
We will notify you on the official website as soon as the details are decided.
Exchanges will be available until the Niigata match on Sunday, April 12th. Tickets or uniforms for customers who have not exchanged by the deadline will be sent by cash on delivery.
